Lea Kang was vorn in Seoul, Korea. She is head of Sekwang Music Education Institute and a member of board of directors for the Dalcroze society in Korea.
She has been teaching piano pedagogy and early childhood music education in graduate schools of Hansei University,
Myungji University, Suwon University and Sookmyung Women's University.
She hold master degree in piano performance from Kyunghee University in Seoul and in music education from Trinity College of music in London.
She has conducted workshops for piano teachers throughtout Korea and Singapore.
Recently she presented a Smart 8 showcase in NCKP 2015
